Warranty
Leather is a natural material that takes on unique characteristics and qualities depending on the hide. Your leather products may show slight defects, creases, shading, or color irregularities that are considered natural qualities of the leather and normal for a hand-painted or tanned item.
Our one-year warranty applies to regular priced items and is limited to manufacturing defects only. Any damage caused by natural marking or scars, normal wear and tear, natural fading, neglect, or accidents are not covered under warranty. Due to the delicate nature of the leather, you should avoid rubbing the leather against rough or sharp surfaces to minimize scratching.
While we do not register products at Anuschka, please hold on to the original Anuschka hang tag and receipt during your warranty period, as a valid sale receipt or invoice is required for any warranty claim.
The Basu Group, Inc. (TBG) and Société Maison De Cuir Private Limited (SMDCPL) reserves the right to deny any warranty claim. All claims are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
- TBG & SMDCPL reserves the right to repair; or replace a defective product as deemed suitable. In case of replacement, the defective item shall be replaced with another product of the same model or equivalent
- TBG & SMDCPL will accept the repair or replacement of the defective parts/ product within a reasonable period of time and its decision as to the nature of defect and the applicability of the warranty is final.
This warranty extends only to the original owner and is not transferable to any ensuing purchaser or inheritor of the product.
